We stayed in this nice charming apartment and it was our first time honestly it's an unforgettable shows that the owner is really taking care of his apartment. It was will designed and the rooms were amazing and has an individual tv,Apple TV , in suite bathroom. The bar terrace was stunning . The area is secured surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Definitely I would love to spend a future holiday in this apartment.
Great apartment, lovely pool, short walk from local shops and bars, or down to the main arena. Clean, comfy & perfect for a family holiday
The villa was fantastic. Only 5 min ride away from a beautiful beach (by foot a bit harder to reach) and close enough to town as to not be an inconvenience yet still set apart so that you have some quiet. The neighbourhood was beautiful and quite picturesque. There were some issues with electricity that were a bit slow to be resolved but other than that an enjoyable stay.
Very nice appartment. Fully furnished and clean. The beach is 2 min walk and the residence is secured and very nice. Private parking place available. The supermarkets are 3min drive (mercadona, Lidl). You better have a car to go around other places in la Costa del sol. Would come back there again.
Our stay was very nice in your appartment! Thank you and hope we ll be back again

"My wife and I were delighted by the way everyone at "Costa del sol Living" treated us on our inspection trip, it was both productive and professional, carefully tailored to our budget and most of all I think we liked Malvins stoic patience when the criteria of our requirements capriciously changed after every viewing, sorry if we drove him to drink. All the best. "

‘I have been searching for a property In Marbella for over a year now and I have dealt with practically the Whole of the Coast. I am sure that some agents must have doubted my sincerity due to the insistence on viewing Very different homes.
Shanin is the one and only Whom never gave up on me and Even though I sought other Companies before and after her emails, my mind always Travelled back to your Company.
I would like to thank all of you For your perseverance and patience.
Special thanks to Shanin, Malvyn and naturally Richard.
The property is perfect for future Retirement.
I am so happy to have at last Found a gem which fits my wishes exactly.
Take care. Kind regards to you all. ’

‘It was a pleasure to go house hunting with Ray – he was friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, talked to us, not at us. He listened and understood our requirements, whilst stretching the envelope a little with regard to what might work for us. All in all, it was a great experience.’
"We met Malvin at the NEC Birmingham at "The Place in Sun" Exhibition.
Malvin has taken care of us throughout the process from guiding us around properties, putting up with us changing the goal posts, recommending lawyers and Money Transfer organisations that saved us thousands of pounds, to having our new apartment spotlessly cleaned for our arrival and an alarm installed within two days of us moving in.
Malvin and his team have made the process of buying a property in Spain exceptionally efficient, straight forward and enjoyable."

I'm a 40-year old British teacher and single mother. Living in London with a baby can be tough and the dark nights and rainy weather was dragging me down last year - 2014, I couldn't bear the thought of having to trail my baby to school on rainy London November days, to schools in London where children grow up so quick and when they get home from school they're stuck in their bedrooms on computers freezing their socks off. It wasn't the life I wanted when I knew children can have a much happier and healthier life in Spain, playing outdoors in the sun and on the beaches. So, at the age of 39 in May 2014 I attended the 'Place in the Sun' exhibition in London Olympia. I had watched the programme 'Place in the Sun' on TV and started to realise that there was a possibility that I could buy somewhere to live in my budget in Spain, something I could only dream of doing in the UK with soaring house prices (and the comparison of quality of a Spanish house compared to a British house just didn't swing it for me - I wanted palm trees and glamour and the UK is so grim in comparison even though I don't want to run my own country down). So, a 'Place in the Sun' I wandered around, spoke to a few companies that in the back of my mind I though "I don't trust them". Then I came across Linda, co-owner of Costa Del Sol living, I immediately warmed to her, she has such a friendly open face. Amazingly I found myself trusting her, which for me is a first since I have my guard up with agencies and the like. I thought she'd laugh when I told her my budget but she said that some properties did exist for low prices. So for my 40th birthday I booked to go out to Malaga, Spain to look for a home for my baby and I. It's an odd thing to do for your fortieth I agree but it was the best step I could have taken it turns out. In the run up to my viewing trip to Spain, the agency put me in touch with Katherine Walker and explained that Katherine would be helping me to find a property. From the outset Katherine proved to be so professional and an extremely hard worker. I had a telephone conversation with her and told her what I was looking for. I'm not an easy client, I was looking for a town house but it had to be modern and for a low budget, near the beach. The task was almost impossible in a country where most people live in appartments, in quite old builds. Most agents would have told me that I was nuts and that it wasn't possible. But Katherine got stuck in and started to trawl through what was available. It must have taken her ages but she sent me a huge variety of properties and I narrowed the selection down. I found her very easy and nice to work with from the outset even though I hadn't met her. It really is about teamwork when you're looking for a property I realised. The agent is there to help you but you have to work with the agent and communicate exactly what you want, the agency isn't psychic and it's not fair to arrive in Spain and start moaning since you're not viewing what you want, as a viewer we have to be really clear before the trip and narrow things down. I researched the areas and I had an advantage in that I knew some of the towns having lived in Marbella as a teacher in my twenties and I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Unlike many Brits I didn't want to be in a British type of town I wanted a Spanish feel.
At the end of February 2015 I arrived in Spain and met Katherine. She was welcoming from the minute she met me, stood in Malaga airport smiling, the sort of girl I felt I'd known all my life, the type of girl you imagine you've lived on the same street as or been to the same school with. She made me feel at home in a foreign country in other words which is what you want and need, even I needed as somebody who has lived and worked in Spain.
Katherine took charge and we got going on viewing properties. She was always positive and optimistic and pointed out the potential of properties even though I can be a bit pessimistic and I'd drive most people mad. I'm nobody's fool and I can see through people quite well and I had doubts about working with an agent before the trip but I have to say I found and find Katherine to be extremely genuine and honest. I'm not being paid to say this in case you're wondering (!) Of course she wants viewers to buy a property, of course she wants the sale, we all have to earn money and she is no exception but from the moment I met her what shined through is her love for the property business and her willingness to help. It was clear to me that she enjoyed helping people find their dream property and wanted the best for them. Unlike other agents she isn't pushy and has a balanced approach. She cares for people as human beings and realises that it's a huge decision to buy abroad and nobody wants to make a mistake. I knew that if I had a pushy agent it would have totally put me off from the beginning, there's nothing worse than feeling that an agent just wants to make a quick buck out of you in commission but Katherine was different. I do feel that she went beyond the call of duty in her kindness and took me to a Spanish bank to open a Spanish account, took me to a currency exchange company that I could work with to exchange money, she introduced me to a lawyer who explained the process of buying. Katherine even took me to a kitchen warehouse since a house that I viewed didn't have a kitchen in it and I wanted to price things out. How many agents would go that extra mile? And there was always the possibility that I would've walked away without buying anything, which I almost did at one stage since an offer I put in for a house was rejected.
I carried out two viewing trips since I needed time to think and research and do my sums and on the second trip I struck lucky with a bank repossession that Katherine organised for me to view. I discussed with Katherine what sort of offer to put in and I was successful.
I can't speak highly enough of Katherine, she is really an impressive woman who will go far and she is somebody who I look up to for her kindness, her professionalism, her work ethic, her values. If you're lucky enough to have her as your agent when you go on a viewing trip then you couldn't have asked for anybody better. Just one final note to any viewers, I'm not gaining anything from writing this reference and I didn't know Katherine personally before the trip. I'm writing this because Katherine deserves the credit she's due and it's to reassure other viewers that you're in good hands if Katherine is looking for properties for you.

In 2015 we decided we were going to purchase a property in Turkey. However due to the economic climate we had a change of heart and decided on Costa Del Sol due to the freedom it presented to travel and visit different locations over the years from a central base. However only visiting once 9 years ago, we didn’t know where to start.
We attended ‘The Place in the Sun’ exhibition at the NEC in September to explore the options. There were various exhibitors offering to do inspection trips, however after speaking with Linda from Costa Del Sol Living (CSDL) who took time to understand what we want rather than push certain areas or properties, we decided to arrange a viewing schedule during a holiday we already had booked in October.
We agreed on the dates for the viewings and it was as simple as that. As a side benefit, CSDL also helped us arrange a property to rent for the holiday. On day 1 of the viewings, Jason collected us as arranged and after introductions and overview of where we were exploring over the 3 days, we set off. I doubt we were easy clients as we had very little knowledge of the Costa Del Sol and no idea where we would want a property and also a list of ‘desirables’ to meet within a set budget. In addition we had our 6 year old and 15 year old sons which added another challenge for Jason in terms of keeping us all happy over the 3 days. However Jason never once made us feel we were a nuisance. He did all he could to plan the days to build in drink/meal and convenience breaks to keep the kids happy. Jason put up with our young sons enthusiasm climbing all over him and he included both the children in the experience.
We viewed a variety of properties styles in locations from La Duquesa to Calahonda and Jason was really informative in terms of the areas we visited. This was invaluable in terms of us narrowing down the areas we wanted to purchase.
After 3 days we took a day break to allow Jason to review available properties in the area we wanted to focus and with the ‘must haves’ we determined over the previous 3 days. We fell in love with one of these properties, and the process to then ensure we secured the property as well as set up all the legalities to allow the process to continue once we left Spain was literally done in 4 hours. Jason took us back to office to complete the reservation paperwork, to a solicitor, to a mortgage broker, to a notary and to a currency broker, finishing off with a visit to the office where we toasted with a glass of champagne.
We were advised of the process to completion and just as advised, 6 weeks later we were proud owners of our holiday home. Since the purchase we have retained CSDL to manage the property and Shirley has been invaluable in arranging building works, ordering furniture, getting internet installed and taking delivery of the furniture so when we arrive for our first visit we can make it our own home.
We could not be more excited to enjoy our new holiday home and are very thankful to CSDL and Jason for making the experience enjoyable as well as straightforward. Our sons comment pretty much sums up our experience. When asked what his favourite part of Spain was, he responded, ‘Jason’ so a lasting impression not only from your team, but a lasting memory from CSDL; our home.
We would not hesitate to recommend CSDL

It is with pleasure that I write this about Andy Calladine, myself and partner were very keen on purchasing a property on the Costa del Sol and set about conducting some research back in September 2015.
We then embarked on a trip out to Spain to view some properties in February 2016, we were met on the first day by Andy ( I must point out at this stage both myself and partner are from the service industry, hospitality and retail, so customer service / engagement is part of our everyday jobs and highly important ). Andy from the outset was extremely engaging, very smart, with lots of eye contact, a great ambassador for the business he represents. His wealth of knowledge, and certainly his patience in answering loads of questions helped us enormously to make informed decisions. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Andy, for chauffeuring us around, and helping us through the process and securing our apartment for our future.

We are very happy with the service we received from Costa Del sol Living with a special mention for Alex who was prompt with appointments, nothing was too much trouble, and he was very helpful in showing us around a variety of properties and arranging a second viewing for the property we eventually purchased.

I would like to show our thanks and appreciation to Andy Calladine and Elizabeth Raneses for being able to so efficiently and effectively listen to our requirements of securing a holiday home in Spain.
Firstly I felt at ease, being able to communicate with English speaking agents in Spain, who were always available to reply to my numerous emails and with their thoughtful and well-researched advice were able to provide some very attractive options for us to choose from.
Andy and Elizabeth both went beyond our expectations with regards to customer service and upon our return to Spain, Andy kindly made himself available to ourselves, to start our extensive search. We were so pleased to have walked into our dream holiday home, on the first day, something that I am sure, is not very usual, but was made possible, beause of these agents’ preparation and foresight.
I would recommend Costa del Sol Living to any buyer looking to find property in Spain. This company was professional, knowledgeable and certainly knew how to deliver on exceptional customer service. Nothing seemed too much trouble with the staff that I dealt with, and I really appreciate the service we received from this company.

Dear sir & madam of Costa del Sol Living,
We wanted to thank you for sending us Paul ☺.
In January we came to spain to visit properties with 2 different real estate offices. One of them was Paul and the other one was a Dutch guy. We are Dutch so we thought the contact should be easier with this Dutch guy.
But something happened, we began to like Paul. We do have the same kind of humor and he seemed to enjoy showing us around. He kept in contact when we arrived home. So when a new appartment caught our eye Paul was the one we wanted to call.
During our time together we expected Paul to be our guidance allong the way. And that was no illusion, luckily! We bought an appartment last weekend, with the guidance of Paul and he still helds our hands. He answers our millions of questions, advises us and helping us out searching for reliable people to create our dream home.
I will, off course, thank him myself but I think you should know he was and is very precious to us at this journey.
