So as 2015 comes to a close we look back at a busy year here on the Costa Del Sol. dd<\/p>\n
The major factor of any busy market is \u00abconfidence\u00bb whether that is in stocks, shares property or commodities and that has been in abundance through out the property market here on the coast.<\/p>\n
Not only that, overseas property shows all over Europe have seen record number of attendees. Couple these factors with a low Euro against a basket full of other currencies and you see a confident market place.<\/p>\n
In 2016 we are hoping to see this confidence grow and further investment in infrastructure, commerce, construction, schooling, Transport, medical facilities and there in more jobs. The sun here in Spain is still being handed out for FREE and this will always attract people from all over Europe who have easy access to hop on flights and reliable transport.<\/p>\n
